Personally the photo's don't do this job justice. I love when Kym does these jobs, they always turn out so good. I wish our driveway at home was this nice.

Our Client needed some yard levelling for turf prep as well as new drainage along side of the house.

Our clients wanted a new fence. This was in length a total of approx. 110metres in length that included 2 gates as well as a Fence topper on one side. Demo included the removal of LOTS of palm trees & existing fence.

Our client wanted this deck gone, and gone is what we did.

Simple job for this client, just needing to clear front yard and level to prepare for turf.

Our client was wanting to clear out the old garden beds and make new for newer stepped retaining wall. Please note retaining wall hasn't been started or completed by KSEM. Client was very happy with Kym's work and advice on Levels and other work.

Our clients old fence and retaining wall (timber) was rotten, so Kym replaced it with a new concrete wall and Good Neighbour fence with additional posts for extra strength and security.

This is at our home. Just before our wedding in May 2015 Kym wanted the driveway to be more friendly to our family and friends, so he cut into it and slopped it for a more gentle slop. Doing this also helped the drainage.

We have done LOTS of pool demo's. Our client no longer had the need for a pool so made use of Kym's skills and had it filled in and now they have a Certified Approved (by LINK below) fill which they will have more use then a swimming pool.

Client was in need of a new driveway as well as solving their drainage issue. Materials were supplied by client.

Our clients needed their driveway fixed & Kym certainly made it much more pleasant to drive on. This driveway should last them many more years to come.

Our clients did not have a need for a swimming pool, so we demolished an above ground pool and deck and put down the turf and a simple border garden.
